Acceptable-Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service and protects Tollan, its customers, and the networks connected through the platform.

You must

Only connect devices and expose services you own or are authorized to expose.
Obtain any consent required from the owners of the networks you deploy on.
Keep your credentials secure and comply with the law that applies to you.

You must not use Tollan to

Break the law or facilitate others in doing so.
Distribute malware, run phishing or fraud, or host unlawful content.
Attack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
Probe or scan networks or systems you are not authorized to test.
Send unsolicited bulk messaging or evade anti-abuse controls.
Run open proxies, resell raw connectivity, or relay bulk traffic unrelated to your own devices and services.
Act in violation of export controls or sanctions that apply to you.

Enforcement

We operate technical controls to protect the platform and may throttle, block, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations — with notice where practical, immediately for severe or ongoing harm.
